Join ChildFund for a Study Tour to Kenya
For 11 days participants will enjoy nights spent at the Nairobi Safari Club, the Amboseli Sopa Lodge and beautiful Lake Nakuru Lodge. Day tours will take in three of Kenya’s national parks, complete with a fascinating van photography safari of local flora, fauna and wildlife in each region.

From the base of Kilimanjaro to the depths of the Rift Valley, we will explore the ecosystems and migration of herds of native animals. Journey to the Maasai Mara National Reserve to observe the culture and daily life of the Maasai people.

And, most important, join ChildFund staff on visits to a diverse array of programs that provide needed services to children and families of various tribal groups.  For those who are sponsors, time will be set aside for a visit with your sponsored child during a special “Child Sponsorship Fun Day.”

This fascinating country promises to be one of ChildFund’s more popular and exciting Study Tours to Africa in 2010. Cost for the tour, including airfare on Royal Emirates Airlines from JKF to Nairobi, hotels, lodges, safari exploration and most meals is $5,475 per person, with a $525 single supplement fee.

The advance reservations list for the tour has filled early due to high demand. However, we will place interested sponsors on a waiting list, should vacancies become available.

Contact Betty Baatz at bbaatz@childfund.org for more information, or to confirm your reservation and receive the necessary forms. A valid passport and tourist visa are required for travel to Kenya. Your passport must be valid until at least October 2010.
