HERRICK Partners with ChildFund International in Spreading the Hope of Child Sponsorship
Richmond, VA – July 10, 2013– The newest addition to the ChildFund LIVE! lineup is HERRICK—one of the most active touring bands in the world. With intricate harmonies and a distinctive sound that combines the best of folk, rock, blues and country, HERRICK breaks the current country music mold and creates a new path for it to follow.
HERRICK is partnering with ChildFund International to encourage its fans to reach out to children in crisis and living in poverty by sponsoring children in need. Through child sponsorship the lives of children and communities in need can be transformed forever.
HERRICK is offering a free signed CD to every new ChildFund child sponsor, and will be looking forward to meeting each new child sponsor during post-show meet & greets.
HERRICK, comprised of Donna and Kerry Herrick, Jeff Bradshaw and Jefferson Rogers brims with showmanship with tight/strong vocals and harmonies. Their innate instinct for creating high quality music has helped HERRICK stand out from the crowd as they tour to standing room only crowds across the country—and in one year, HERRICK will easily reach more than a million fans, making impressions that number in the multi-millions.
HERRICK’s live high energy performance translates seamlessly to the new album, New Dance, which boasts two award-winning songs. Cry Memphis was honored with an Independent Music Award for Best Country Song. Do You Love Me recently garnered Music Video Bronze Award in the 34th Annual Awards for Music Video Excellence.
