William lives with his parents, two sisters and three brothers in the western part of the country. He is yet to attend the village nursery school. He is such a healthy and active child who enjoys spending much of his time with his mother and playing skipping with her age mate. Both parents are subsistence farmers and depends on seasonal farming to take care of the family. Their combined annual income is approximately $350.00 and they often find it hard to meet the basic needs of the family. Child lack basic needs and therefore needs outside support in order to change his life.
