Tharun Vikash lives with his parents in a serene village in the Central Province of Sri Lanka, nestled in the scenic Nuwara Eliya District. Their home, although simple, provides basic shelter with cement walls, a cement floor, and a clay-tile roof. The family has access to tap water, electricity, and a toilet, but their financial situation remains difficult. His father works as a full-time driver, earning an annual income of just $1000, while his mother is a dedicated housewife, managing the home. Despite their efforts, the family struggles to provide enough food for their child and meet the educational expenses for his future. Though Tharun is too young to attend school, his parents are already concerned about the cost of his education. They dream of a better future for him, but they need help. A sponsor’s support would relieve some of the financial burden, allowing them to provide Tharun with access to education and opportunities that would otherwise be out of reach. With a sponsors help, Tharun’s future could be brighter and full of promise.
