Therese, her siblings and their parents live with the extended family members in a large house with its eight rooms made of concrete. They have access to running water, but solar system is their source lighting. Luckily everyone in the house is ready to help each other out. Therese’s father is a laborer. He is always ready to do any kind of odd jobs and gets paid.  His irregular earnings are not more than US $ 1200 in a year. He finds it difficult to correctly satisfy the basic needs of his family. Therese’s mother keeps the house in shift with the other women in the family. They do their best to provide two meager meals daily. Cooing for lunch is a must, but breakfast and dinner are not provided every day. Therese is well looked after by her relatives, but an extra support from a caring sponsor will hopefully enable this little girl to benefit from the Federation’s services in the fields of education and health.  She is attending a local school and enjoys it.
