Let’s introduce you to the very cute boy named Ermiyas who lives with his parents in a vulnerable area with poor hygiene.  His mother is a housewife and his father is a farmer. Ermiyas is a little child and he has not yet started to go to school. The community where the child lives in the area where there is shortage of health service, school teachers, potable water and other basic services. The family lives in a small hut made up of wood and mud.  He and his parents speak Gurage local language.  The family earns a very low annum income which is not enough to cover even their most basic needs. They plan to change their lives by being engaged in income generating activities. This can be achieved if they get some support and encouragement. In order to overcome the poverty Ermiyas is facing, he needs a helping hand so that he can get a better education to have a brighter future.  

Ending child poverty begins with Ermiyas. It’s easy. It’s impactful.
