Saidou was born in Serya, a village located in the community of Fella Hamdallaye, he lives with his parents who live only from agriculture, livestock and traditional fishing, they have no drinking water and electricity. They live in huts made of banko, each year the father of the family generates only 320 dollars to meet their needs, they eat only one or two meals a day throughout the year, they want help to improve their living conditions. They find drinking water through water sources. Saidou is an admirable little boy, courageous and out of school due to lack of school in their village and they do not have the means to enroll him in a distant school, likes to play with small toys and also ball with his friends from the village, he is healthy no disability, wishes to have help to improve his living condition in order to have a better future.
