Kena is a very cheerful boy who lives with his parents and two siblings in a deprived part of the country. His mother is a housewife and she takes care of the family. His father is a casual worker to make a living. They communicate in Amharic local language. Kena is a kindergarten school student. His favorite subject is reading English alphabets. He likes to play with toys. The community where the child lives in there is a school, health centers, and transportation services but most members of the community are destitute family and some of them are living with HIV. The family lives in a small, rented house. Their minimal income, which is very low per annum, is not enough to cover even their most basic needs. They plan to change their lives by being engaged in income generating activities. This can be achieved if they get some support and encouragement. Kena will also have a bright future if he gets helping hand to have access for quality education and health services.
