Little Manuli and her brother loves to get together to make play houses and play with their dolls. Other than that, Manuli likes to be with her mother always and she is not burdened by any hobbies as yet. Manuli and her brother live with their parents in their own partially built house located in a beautiful village in the Moneragala district of Sri Lanka. Their little house is built with cement blocks and the floor is concreted. The roof is covered with asbestos sheets. They do not have electricity and use the water sealed toilet of their parents. Her father does any kind of labor work to generate an income for the family while her mother tries to manage their expenses with their small income. Their annual income is about USD550/-. Due to this poor income, the family lives a very difficult life. The parents find it increasingly difficult to nourish their kids due to the present high cost of living. A little help from a kind person will definitely help Manuli to look forward to a better future for herself and her family.
