Mihret is a charming little girl. She was born in Adazer, a small town at Gurage zone in the Southern Ethiopia Administrative Regional State from a poor Orthodox Christian family and belongs to Gurage ethnic group. Mihret is a healthy and friendly child who is in under school age. She enjoys playing with toys. She lives with her parents and siblings in a small house. Her father is the bread winner of the family earning a meager income. He is a farmer producing very little crop just enough to feed his family and her mother is a housewife looking after the child and does the house work. The annual income of the family is less than 400 USD. They cannot afford clothing, school supplies and other basic needs. The family was referred to this project thus they appealed to us for assistance with education and other needs for the child. Your kind and loving sponsorship will help the child lead a better and fulfilling life.
