Rakhi comes from an underprivileged family residing in the state of Uttar Pradesh. Her father works very hard as a daily wages laborer and earns a meager income of about USD 570 per year. His hard work does not suffice to support the family or provide them with their basic needs of food and clothing. The mother is a resourceful housewife, and tries to make ends meet with whatever is available. However, she fails to do so in spite of her best efforts with what she has in hand. Hence, the humble parents sought aid from this project to provide better education to this child. Rakhi is attending primary school. Her favorite subject is Hindi the national language. She enjoys playing group games with her friends. She has two brothers. Rakhis health is normal. Your kind sponsorship will help provide her with the basic needs of life and a bright future.
