Diuri hails from an abjectly deprived family. The father is a casual worker and works hard. But this meagre income is far from sufficient to support the family. His annual income is approximately US dollars 245 per annum. The mother tries to make the most of what is at hand, but there is abounding privation at home with no way out of their miserable plight. Keen to give this child the chance of a better future through education, the desperate parents finally sought aid from this project. Diuri is attending primary school and likes to read Hindi, the regional language.  He enjoys playing hide and seek games. His health is normal. Diuri has one brother.
