Amadou lives in a village in the western part of the country with his parents, one brother and a sister. His father is subsistence farmer and his mother is a house wife. His familys yearly income is approximately US$320.00, which cannot cater for the basic needs of the family. He is presently attending Lower Basic School in the village. He is so much interested in learning but lacks most of his educational materials. Amadou likes playing soccer with his peers. He needs external support for a brighter future and healthy environment to live in. His health condition is good.
