Her parents are the main providers in the family; her father works as a bricklayer in another area, but he returns on weekends, while her mother works as a part-time school cleaner. They both generate a monthly income of US$460.00, which hardly covers some of their basic needs. They live in their own house, which is built with brick and cement walls, a corrugated tin sheet roof, and a cement floor with access to electricity, a tap water supply, and a septic well.
