Mainess lives with both parents and her 3 sisters in a rural farming area of Rufunsa. They live in two separate small round huts made of poles with grass thatched roof. The family depends on subsistence farming and mainly grows maize and vegetables which they sell at the local market. The small income earned which is about $350.00 annually is not enough to provide the family of seven members with daily needs. This has made her parents to enroll Mainess in the program. Mainess is in primary school. She enjoys learning mathematics. Your sponsorship will bring joy to her and indeed to the whole family.
