Sponsor A Child

The generosity of a kind sponsor will be a blessing for Haja who has one elder brother and a junior sister. The children live with their parents in a remote village in the east of Sierra Leone. She attends primary school in her village. Her favorite subject is social studies. She likes to take part in social activities to keep her healthy. Her mother is a housewife and her father works as a petty trader who earns an income of around USD 200 per annum. The money earned is not sufficient to meet the day to day expenses and other requirements for the children. They live in a house built with bricks. The floor is rough and the roof is covered with old zinc. Haja needs help to have a good education and enjoy a happy childhood. Therefore, if she receives assistance from a kind sponsor, she will be fortunate enough to attend to her studies well to become a useful citizen in the future.
