Tenneh comes from a small community in the extreme north eastern part of Sierra Leone. She dwells with her family in a four bedroom mud bricks house roofed with old zinc which sometimes leak when there is a heavy downfall of rain. She is very accommodating and always has friends around her when going to and after school. Tenneh is attending primary school in the community and always punctual. Her father is a small scale farmer who grows rice, beans and cassava for home consumption while the mother engages herself in taking care of the children. Harvest is sometime poor due to late planting and the use of crude implements. Tenneh is very intelligent and loves playing group games. She is healthy and good looking. Sponsorship will improve her standard of living for a brighter future.
