Keifa is a little boy living with his parents in the eastern part of Sierra Leone. He loves playing soccer with his peers and is attending one of the primary schools in his community. He spends most of his time with his grandmother. Keifa is very active and enjoys eating locally prepared food. Keifa and his family live in a five-bedroom house built with mud bricks and roofed with old iron sheets. The roof leaks mostly during the rainy season, which sometimes makes life unbearable for Keifa and his family. His parents are small-scale farmers who mainly grow rice for household consumption. They earn very little from their farm sales, with an annual income estimated at US$250, which cannot cover all the basic needs for Keifa and his family. Your sponsorship will help him get an education and become a great contributor to the development of his community.
