Wusanatu is a smart girl who lives with her parents and grandmother in a four bed rooms house in the north of the country, and she sleeps on a local mattress on the ground with poor beddings. Wusanatus parents are local farmers that grow rice, millet and groundnut. Her father also rear domestic animals such as cattles, goats, sheep and chicken. Her mother squeezed milk from the cattles and sells in the weekly market. Their annual income of USS 150 per annum is not enough to take care of the family. Her mother prepares two meals a day and gets few clothes once yearly for the family members. Wusanatu has a lot of fun with the animals as she plays around their compound. She enjoys spending time with her grandmother as she tells stories of animals.
