Eydan Joney, known as Eydan is a cheerful and sociable boy with straight black hair and tanned skin. He and his two brothers live with their parents in a distant rural community with lovely woods. Their borrowed house with basic services is built with cement block walls and cement floor and roof. Eydan attends basic school; drawing is his favorite subject. He is good dancing and singing and is a skilled soccer player. He likes games with friends and wants to be a policeman. Eydan helps his mother running small errands. The mother is a housewife; the father supports the family. He is a farmer and gets no more than two hundred dollars. The parents have big dreams for the boys. They want to give them a good life with good education and the right tools to face the problems they will have in the competitive world where they will live.
