Subhalaxmi fondly called Subhi belongs to a backward family and lives with her parents in a faraway tribal village located in Odisha, in the eastern part of India. She has one brother. They share a mud hut that lacks basic facilities. Her father works long and exhausting hours as a casual worker, but his annual salary of approximately USD 510 is insufficient to support the family, pay for education, household expenses, and other necessities. The mother is a dedicated housewife who tries to do whatever is at hand, but there is hardly any improvement in their living conditions.  The parents finally appealed to this project for assistance in the care and education of this child. Subhalaxmi stays with her parents. She is attending primary school.  She is very active.  She enjoys playing group games with her friends. Her health is average. She is wearing chord with locket around her neck in accordance with their religious customs.  she has black moles on her cheek.  This child and her family would greatly benefit from your sponsorship.
