These low-income parents struggle to put the food on the table. Jose speaks Nahuatl and Spanish. He attends primary school, at an upper grade. This family doesnt have a stove and refrigerator. Joses diet includes tortillas, milk, vegetable soup, tea, beans, coffee and eggs. Luckily, he is thriving and weighs 22 kg and he is 1.21 m tall.
