Jhostin David, known as Jhostin is a cheerful, playful and smiling child. He and his older brother live with their mother in a borrowed dwelling, built with cement cinderblock walls, asbestos roof and cement floor. The family has access to electricity and piped water and there is a toilet inside the house. Jhostin is studying in an elementary school; math is his favorite subject. He loves playing soccer and his dream is to be a professional driver. The father lives in another place; he is not in the life of the family. The mother supports the boys. She works hard as a daily laborer; but does not get enough to cover all their needs. She has big dreams for her sons and needs help to give them the right tools to face life in a competitive world. Good education and good health care is what she wants for them. They could receive the benefits of ChildFund programs.
