Kriash a humble and shy boy. Kriash was born from the Central parts of Uganda. He attends school and his favourite subject is social studies although he excels in Mathematics. His best dish rice and beef. He stays with his mother and Aunts and is the oldest child. His mother separated with the father when he was two years and now the family stays in a trading centre in a small, rented room where the mother operates a clinic. Kriash dreams is to become an Army officer. Although his mother operates a clinic, her earnings are very low as many patients prefer visiting Government facilities which offer subsidized services hence limited customers. This greatly affects her income making it hard to sustain all the basic needs of life including paying for rent. This also limits her ability to send her children to quality school something that may hinder Kriash from attaining his dream of becoming an Army Officer. It is upon this child and family history that any kind of support will have a significant impact on their wellbeing.

Ending child poverty begins with Kriash. It’s easy. It’s impactful.
