Thiago Edric, known as Thiago is a cheerful, playful and smart healthy boy. He studies in an elementary school; physical education is his favorite class. His dream is to become a policeman. He loves drawing and helps at home running small errands and tidying up his room. Thiago has four older brothers. The five children live with their parents in a house that they own, built with brick walls, cement fiber roof and cement floor. The family has electricity and piped water and there is a toilet inside their dwelling. They are quite close to a health center and to school. Both parents work as part time day laborers and although they work hard, do not earn enough to cover their big needs. The family needs help and should receive the benefits of ChildFund health care and education programs.
