Romark is part of a large family living in a house made of light materials near the rice fields. They have electricity, use a deepwell for water, and firewood for cooking. His father is a farm laborer, and his mother is a homemaker. The family earns just enough for thier basic needs and supplements their needs by growing and selling vegetables and crops like string beans, bitter gourd, squash, chili, taro, tomatoes, onions, bananas, corn, and rice. They harvest their own rice, which helps reduce expenses. The family lives happily and attends church every Sunday. Romark is a responsible and cheerful primary school student. His favorite subjects are Mathematics and Science, and his favorite colors are blue and green. He enjoys fruits, vegetables, pancakes, and bread. He loves singing, dancing, reading books, solving math problems, and playing with classmates. At home, he helps by tidying up his toys and enjoys fishing with his father. Romark dreams of becoming a soldier to protect and serve his community.
