This is Lisbeth. She grows up in a remote community in Cochabamba, which is known for its warm climate and beautiful scenery. She is a joyful, playful and caring girl who loves to play football and watch TV. She is in primary school, where she enjoys her math classes most of all. She would like to be a hairstylist one day. She lives with her parents and brother in a rudimentary house made of brick walls and corrugated iron sheets on the roof. While they have electricity, they lack adequate sanitation services. Her father earns a living as a farmer, while her mother runs the home. The family monthly income comes to around US $ 130.00 per month. This is barely enough money for a family to sustain itself. Many of the families in Bolivia live with only enough money to scrape by. Through your consistent monthly support, letters and prayers, you will help this child live up to her full potential and make a friend for life.
