Meshack is a charming boy who comes from the northern part of Kenya, Turkana county. He is raised by his mother only who is a single parent. Meshack has one brother and two sisters. They live in a palm thatched mud house in a communal land. They fetch water from a community hand pump whose water is saline hence not safe for the childs consumption as it predisposes him to water borne disease. The mother is the breadwinner of the family who depends on selling groceries. The family also practices firewood selling as a livelihood supplementation activity. However, the annual income is below 360 US dollars which is not enough to sustain family basic needs. His mother therefore decided to approach the office for assistance. Meshack is enrolled in an ECD centre in a pee primary 2. At school, Meshack likes participating in singing games and joining dots. His favorite game is playing with tyres and modelling with his friends. His mother would like him to become journalist when he grows up. While at home, Meshack helps his mother to fetch water and collecting firewood. Your support will bring a lasting change to his life.
