Peter is a charming boy who resides with his parents in Turkana county, Northern Kenya. They live in a grass thatched house in their communal land. They get water from a community borehole whose water is salty hence not safe for child’s consumption as it exposes them to water borne diseases. The parents keep goats and camels for milk and meat and sometimes sell these animals products. However, the annual income generated from this economic activity is below 360 US dollars which is not sufficient enough to sustain their needs. Community leaders recommended his parents seek help from the organization. Peter attends a nearby school and performs well in mathematics. He enjoys counting and matching numbers. In addition, He likes playing football and aspires to be a teacher after completion of his studies. At home, Peter helps his parents in doing light house hold chores. Any help given to Peter will be highly appreciated thus enabling him realize his dream.
