Jamin is a humble boy who comes from the northern part of Kenya, Turkana county. He lives with his mother, father, two brothers and grandmother. They live in a palm thatched mud house in a communal land. They fetch water from a river whose water is not clean for human consumption therefore pre disposing the child to water borne diseases. His mother is a mat weaver who is the primary caretaker of the family. The breadwinner is the father who a casual worker. However, the annual income derived from this economic activity is below 360 US dollars which is not enough to sustain family basic needs. His parents therefore resolved to approach the office for assistance. Jamin is enrolled in a nearby school. His performance in school is good and she enjoys coloring activity. Jamin likes playing football with his friends at home. He would like to be a teacher when he grows up. While at home, he likes helping his mother carrying light house chores such as fetching water and collecting firewood. Your support will bring a lasting change in his life and the entire family.
