Jackson is a jovial boy who lives in Turkana County in the northern part of Kenya. He lives together with both his parents and sister. They live in a communal land in a mud grass thatched house. They get their water from a nearby tap. The parents are the bread winners who depends on weaving and selling brooms so as to cater and provide for the family needs. The family’s annual income is less than $ 360 which hardly meets their basic needs. This challenge has forced the family to struggle hard to get food, medical care, school supply, house supply and other necessities. Jackson goes to a nearby school in their village. Jackson likes playing football with his friends during his free time and washing the dishes. Community leaders referred the parents to seek help from child fund project to assist Jackson achieve his dreams. According to his parents, Jackson would like to become a pilot.
