Playing soccer with his friends is one of Varo’s favorite hobbies. He is a sweet, cheerful, and friendly boy, someone that everyone naturally adores. Now enrolled in middle school, Varo enjoys his classes, especially Indonesian literature, which has become his favorite. He dreams of becoming an entrepreneur in the future. Varo has no siblings. His father works as a vendor, and his mother works as a tailor, and together their income comes to around USD 70 per month—an amount that is still far from enough to meet the family’s basic needs. They live in a small, modest house made of plaster. Although they have electricity, they still lack proper sanitation facilities. Despite these humble conditions, Varo remains a happy and spirited child. Through our programs, Varo and his family have the opportunity to improve their standard of living. Your kind and loving sponsorship can make a meaningful difference for Varo and other children in the community.
