Jakong and family lives in the West Coast Region of The Gambia, were the inhabitants of the community does farming for a living. She and her family lives in the same house. She is now enrolled in their village Nursery School, she is a pretty little girl who likes to have fun with her peers. Her parents are subsistence farmers who cultivates rice and vegetables and peanuts for the families upkeep. which hardly takes them all year round, this been the case for enrollment into ChildFund sponsorship program in other to realize her dreams in the future.
