Maul is a young boy who now attending preschool with a passion for swimming. He dreams of becoming a train driver. Living in Central Java Province with his family in destitution, his parents income cannot afford proper education and healthcare for him. His father earns a living as a factory worker with income of merely less than US$ 55.00, while his mother is a housewife who is unskilled and cannot find any job to add to the family income. Maul lives with his family in a simple house made of cemented walls, floors, bad sanitation, and a lack of clean water for them to drink. He is now enrolled in preschool with dreams of becoming a train operator one day. His health condition is fair but still needs better nourishment. To help these poor families provide adequate care and education for him, we are pleased to welcome him to ChildFund program.
