Bilqish is a young girl whos now attending primary school, passionate about math and dreams to become a teacher. Living in Central Java Province with her family in destitution, her fathers income cannot afford proper education and healthcare for her. Her father earns a living as a laborer with unstable income of merely less than US$ 105.00, while her mother work as a vendor/seller to add to the family income. Bilqish lives with her family in a simple house made of brick walls, cement floor, no private bathroom, bad sanitation and lack of clean water for them to drink. Her health condition is fair but still needs better nourishment. To help these poor families provide adequate care and education for her, we are pleased to welcome her to ChildFund program.
