Modou is an active and adorable boy. He has lost his mother and is now living with his father, siblings, aunt, and other close relatives in one of the cities located in the center of the country. His father is a traditional farmer like most of the people living in this part of the country. His aunt is a housekeeper. She stays at home to take care of the households. The annual income of US $ 400.00 which the father earns after selling part of his crops at the end of the season is not enough to solve the family’s basic needs. Modou is in elementary school where he is doing well. After school, he enjoys running, playing soccer and other games with his friends. At home, he is helpful with small errands. Sponsorship would help this boy have a good education and succeed in life.
