Saran lives with her parents in a village called Somaya, a village in the community of Dabolakoro they do not have access to clean water and electricity. They practice agriculture and traditional fishing, as their main source of income. They live in huts made of banco. With only US$340 in income that the father generates each year, eating twice a day throughout the year, they struggle to improve their living conditions. Saran is a kind and courageous little girl, she goes to school and does the CEC, she is in good health no disability, her favorite sport is Finiche, she spends the night with her parents in a local bed under an old mosquito net.
