This little child Thisari is very fond of making play houses, playing with friends and singing songs,  just like other small kids. She attends a local school. Her father takes her to school on his motor bike.  Her favorite subject is Buddhism. Thisari lives with her sister and her father as her mother has left the family. They live in their own house located in a beautiful village in the Moneragala district of Sri Lanka.   Their house is partially constructed with bricks.  The floor is cemented and the roof is covered with clay tiles.  The family has access to proper sanitary facilities and electricity  and use water from their own safely built well. Thisari’s father does cultivation work and earns an annual income of around USD550/-. However, with this small income, it is very difficult for him to manage the house expenses and to provide healthy food for his children.  As such, Thisari and her sister are living a difficult life.   Your kind support will undoubtedly weave a brighter chapter into their journey of life and help Thisary to look forward to a better future for herself and her family.
