Oshan is an adorable healthy little boy. He lives with both parents in a rural community in the Uva region of Sri Lanka. He is a preschool student. He enjoys riding his bicycle very much. They stay in a house with cement walls concrete floor and roof with asbestos sheets. They have access to electricity. His father is a security officer and mother is a home maker. Father’s insufficient income does not meet their requirements as it is always less than USD 600 per annum. Economic hardships can actually alter a child’s health and mind. In lower income family’s well-being and good health is replaced with hunger and lack of resources. With your sponsorship the child gets the opportunity to start a long-term journey with you.
