Her father works as an agricultural laborer, and his annual salary is approximately USD 347 per year. This is insufficient to support the family and pay for education and other household expenses. The mother is a dedicated housewife who tries to do whatever is at hand, but there is hardly any improvement in their living conditions. Anu attends a government primary school and Hindi is her favourite subject. She loves playing with toys with friends. Her health is average. She has two sisters.
