Solome is a friendly, jolly, young girl living in central Uganda with her mother after the separation of her father because of financial problems and misunderstandings they got and the father is staying elsewhere. They stay in a single roomed house made of muddy walls, thatched, old, leaking roofs and packed dirt floor. Solome enjoys playing football with her friends and siblings, since the mother to Solome is not financially stable, and she is unable to buy for her clothes and enough food. Solome is ever sick because of the state of the house which has holes and the leaking roof which allows direct wind and rain to enter inside the house and it results into diseases such as malaria. Her mother is a small scale farmer who grows crops such as sweet bananas on a small scale but because she has a limited piece of land and high competition, she is able to get low profits which cannot sustain her family. Your kind sponsorship towards Solome will be of a great value to her and her family.
