Wesly is a little boy who lives on the coast of the southern part of Mozambique. He lives with his mother and two older siblings in a very small house made of concrete with zinc sheet roof. The parents of Wesly are separated. His mother cannot provide for the family. They have a small farm at home where they grow some food products to help support the family. They have a very low income and live in poor housing conditions. Some days, they do not have enough to eat, and they have difficulty paying for their basic needs and for school expenses. Wesly is not studying because he is underage. He is still a baby. His mother hopes he becomes a police officer in the future. The family of Wesly believes that with the help from ChildFund and partners Wesly will have the chance of having a great future and their lives will be better.
