Noel is a humble boy who loves playing ball with his friends. He lives with mother and sibling in a grass thatched hut made of mud wall and wattle. He is not enrolled in school due to his tender age. His mother practices small scale farming growing vegetable and maize for family consumption in their small piece of land, his mother sales vegetable along the road side so as to purchase some other necessity such as salt, soap and paraffin. The major source of water for his family is a borehole while paraffin is their source of lighting. Their monthly income is less than 10 US dollars per month on average which is not sufficient to support Noel to have basic needs of education, food, clothing, good shelter and medical care.
