Oumie, is a beautiful young girl who lives with her two brothers and one sister happily and they are both together in a very good health. She lives in a mud block house in the West Coast Region of the Gambia under the program intervention community. she enjoys playing local made toys games with friends. Her parents are local farmers and mainly rely on seasonal farming. Their combined annual income is approximately US$305.00 which is not adequate to provide basic needs for the family and that of the childs education and health care. Her parents are seeking sponsorship through the program to enable her to have access to basic education. Her health status is good.
