Jackson is a brilliant young boy who comes from the northern part of Kenya, Turkana county. He lives with his mother, grandmother, two brothers and four sisters. They live in a palm thatched mud house in a communal land. They fetch water from a community hand pump whose water is not clean and safe for childs consumption as it predisposes him to water-borne diseases. The mother is the primary caregiver of the family who practices charcoal burning and selling activity. His grandmother does mat weaving and basket making activity as an income supplementation activity to keep the family going. However, the annual income derived from this economic activity is below 360 US dollars which is not enough to support family basic needs. His grandmother decided to approach the office seeking for assistance. Jackson is enrolled in a nearby school where he likes mathematics, environmental and drawing activities. He also likes playing hide and seek and football with his fiends. Jackson would like to become an accountant when he grows up. He helps his mother in fetching water. Your support will bring a lasting change to his life.
