Shadrack is a friendly, talkative, and playful young boy who stays with only his single mother in the North Eastern part of Uganda. His father separated from his mother before his birth. So he misses fathers love and care. His mother struggles to meet the family needs by taking on casual jobs to earn some money and food. On average, she earns less than 10 US dollars monthly, which is not enough to sustain them. They stay in a hut made of mud walls, a thatched roof, and a floor made of packed dirt, which is quite expensive since it requires constant renovation, especially during rainy seasons when the grass rots. Shadrack loves playing football with friends. Sponsoring him will help him benefit from the Livelihoods, Health, and Education programs that will bring a positive Impact to his life and family.
