Emmanuel is a reserved and humble boy residing in the northeastern region of Uganda with his parents and seven siblings. The family lives in grass-thatched huts constructed with mud walls and packed dirt floors. Their livelihood depends entirely on subsistence farming, cultivating crops primarily for household consumption with limited quantities available for sale. Adverse climatic conditions, including prolonged droughts and periodic waterlogging, have led to consistently poor yields. Consequently, their income has decreased, making it challenging for the family to provide for the childrens educational and healthcare needs. Emmanuel enjoys playing soccer with his peers during his free time. Support toward his wellbeing will greatly contribute to improving his access to education and overall quality of life.
