Ian is the only child of a young couple who struggles to make ends meet. He lives in the mountainous and bustling city of La Paz, western Boliva. He is a quiet and sweet boy who loves to spend time with his parents. He is part of an underprivileged community that faces many serious difficulties, including life-altering malnutrition, extreme generational poverty, and poor educational services. He lives with his parents in a rudimentary small dwelling made of adobe walls, cement floor and corrugated metal roof. His father earns a living as a construction worker, while his mother takes care of the home. The family income is around US $ 330.00 per month, which is insufficient and minimal to cover the basics. Like many children in this country, he needs your love and support to have access to better living conditions to grow up as a healthy and productive adult.
