With no farmland to work on their own, his father has to work at a construction site to feed the family. His mother cannot work because she is suffering from depressive disorder and she has to look after his disabled grandmother. His father is the only one who works to feed the family; on his free day from work, he would go fishing, to catch freshwater shells or wildlings to cook for the family.
