Ashley is fondly nicknamed Beday at home. She lives with her parents and younger brother in a rural village, in their own house made of bamboo with an installed sanitary toilet. They are connected to electricity; they have their own water faucet. The familys main livelihood is farming, where they generate about $89.67 a month. Bedays mother always chooses the low-cost option just to fit their budget for the month. Beday is in preschool. She knows her ABCs and how to count. She can also identify shapes and colors on her own. Beday loves to dance and sing. She always plays outside with her friends and watch television. Beday is a happy and charming young girl. She dreams of becoming a police officer someday to protect what she loves and to serve the country.
